Thank you for your interest in our files! Our high-quality files are distributed under these different licenses:
FREE LICENSE
Available To: Anyone who visits the JenniferMaker.com blog or free library.
Usage: Personal Use Only. You may not sell any items made with our files. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. We encourage you to post creations made with this kit onto public galleries or your personal blog, or submit creations to magazines or online publications, provided that the author and kit name are attributed in the list of supplies.
YOU MAY:
- Create as many homemade items per file for personal use as you wish.
- Files can either be used in part or as a whole design.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Sell the items you make from our files, whether it be in physical or digital form. (If you wish to sell your physical items made from our files, please obtain a FREE Community license, Small Business license, or Enterprise license.)
- Use our file(s) in conjunction with any print-on-demand services.
- Resell, relicense, or redistribute any file(s).
- Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited.
- Use in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner.
- Incorporate into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
- Digitize files and share or sell as embroidery files.
- Make available for download or claim as your own.
Redistribution: You may not reproduce, repackage, or redistribute our files, in whole or part, for any reason. If you would like to share a file, you can do so by sharing the link to the tutorial or library at jennifermaker.com/library.
COMMUNITY LICENSE
Available To: Anyone who is subscribed to our free newsletter mailing list. You must keep an active subscription and read our emails weekly to maintain this license. This license is completely free to our active community members in gratitude for your support and love.
Usage: Up to five (5) physical products may be produced from one file for physical commercial use. This license is for NON DIGITAL commercial use – meaning you cannot resell or redistribute digital files as they are.
YOU MAY:
- Create as many homemade items per file for personal use as you wish.
- Create up to five (5) homemade items per file for commercial sale including but not limited to clothing, home decor, gifts, etc. (If you wish to sell more than five physical items made from our files, please obtain a Small Business or Enterprise license.)
- Files can either be used in part or as a whole design.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Use our file(s) in conjunction with any print-on-demand services.
- Resell, relicense, or redistribute any file(s) without written permission.
- Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited.
- Use in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner.

SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE
Available To: Anyone who is a member of the ADVANCE with JenniferMaker program. You must keep an active membership to maintain this license.
Usage: Up to five hundred (500) physical products may be produced from one file for physical commercial use. This license is for NON DIGITAL commercial use – meaning you cannot resell or redistribute digital files as they are.
YOU MAY:
- Create as many homemade items per file for personal use as you wish.
- Create up to five hundred (500) homemade items per file for commercial sale including but not limited to clothing, home decor, gifts, etc. (If you wish to sell more than 500 physical items made from our files, please obtain an Enterprise license.)
- Files can either be used in part or as a whole design.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Use our file(s) in conjunction with any print-on-demand services.
- Resell, relicense, or redistribute any file(s) without written permission.
- Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited.
- Use in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner.

ENTERPRISE LICENSE
For commercial productions of more than five hundred (500) copies or any volume of print on demand for items from the same file, you may purchase an Enterprise License for each individual item. Selling more than 500 products using different files does not require the purchase of an Enterprise License. General Terms and Conditions
“File” refers to SVG cut files, DXF cut files, PDF files, PNG files, STL files, and OTF fonts.
Purchasing or downloading a free file or digital kit does not transfer the copyright to you. JenniferMaker retains all rights, licenses, copyrights, titles, and ownership of the file. You may not share or resell the files and you cannot claim them as your own.
Our digital files are offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall JenniferMaker LLC or its owner be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the media in any way.
You may not use JenniferMaker’s images of any items, or of a finished product containing any item. These images are the sole and exclusive property of JenniferMaker and shall not be used to promote or market your product. You are not permitted to use JenniferMaker photos or mockups of items listed on the JenniferMaker.com website, whether for sale, illustration, marketing, or any other purpose, for your own use.
When we use AI-generation to make our files, we will clearly state that we used an AI generation tool. We will also state whether or not we modified this AI-generated artwork ourselves. AI-generated art without human authorship or modification is not currently copyrightable and these licensing terms do not apply to it. AI-generated files with significant human modification are copyrightable, as are all photographs of AI-generated artwork, and these terms do apply to it. For more information on copyrights as they apply to AI-generated artwork, please read this rule by the Copyright Office.
Our fonts cannot be digitally embedded into games, web sites, or other digital media without an Enterprise license that expressly permits this.
